The Northern History and Heritage Fair

Over 20 exhibitors gathered together in Greenmount Old School Community Centre on Sunday March 16^th as part of Holcombe Moor Heritage Group’s 20^th Anniversary Celebrations.  South Pennine Archaeology group’s display included photos and history of Rossendale Chimneys and a sale of archaeology-themed books.  The Fair was very well attended by people of all ages, brought together by their fascination with and passion for the rich heritage we have here in the North of England.
