Situated on Mount Ararat (the name of demolished houses), built in 1855 and previously occupied by many unsuccessful ventures, in various trades, the mill is now used by a stonemason. The chimney flue has been repaired many times as evidenced by stone, brick and concrete remains on the hillside below the chimney,
